人口老龄化对日本金融资源分配与国民经济各部门的资金盈缺产生了深远影响。中央银行编制的资金流量表是有效观测全社会资金流向的重要工具。本文通过资金流量表分析老龄化进程中日本各部门资金流量状况,试图阐释了人口结构变化对日本金融体系的影响、产生的困境及疏导的思路,并提出对我国的启示及政策建议。

The aging of the population has had a profound impact on Japan's financial resource allocation and capital surpluses in various sectors of the national economy.The Flow of funds accounts(FFA)prepared by the central bank is an important tool for effectively observing the capital flow direction of the whole society.This paper analyzes the flow of funds in various sectors of Japan in the process of aging through the flow of funds accounts,and attempts to explain the impact of demographic changes on the Japanese financial system,the dilemmas it brings,and the way to unblock.And finally,to summarize the enlightenment and policy recommendations for our country.
