摘要
凝汽器真空系统是凝汽式汽轮机的重要组成部分,真空严密性的状态直接影响整个机组的经济性和安全性。分析330 MW机组真空严密性试验数据不合格的原因,针对不同的原因进行逐一排查,最终确定了真空系统的漏点。经过处理后,凝汽器真空严密性恢复了正常,机组的经济性和安全性得到了提高。
The vacuum system of condenser is an important part of condensing steam turbine.The vacuum tightness directly affects the economy and safety of the whole unit.This paper analyzes the reasons for the unqualified vacuum tightness test data of a 330 MW unit,and checks one by one according to different reasons,and finally determines the leakage point of the vacuum system.After treatment,the vacuum tightness of the condenser returns to normal,and the economy and safety of the unit are improved.
