文章分析了目前电力企业员工职业生涯规划的意义和现状,梳理了电力企业职业发展体系,并就企业层面和员工层面提出了解决方案,对电力企业员工职业生涯发展有一定的指导作用。
The article analyzes significance and current situation of the career planning of employees in power companies and summarizes the career development system of power companies and develops solutions at the enterprise and employee levels.The proposal has a certain guiding role for career development of electric power enterprise employees.
