摘要
以原料药生产废气收集与治理项目为例,分析废气组分的理化性质及排放特征,提出分类收集、分类预处理的原则,依据废气治理技术的机理,提出收集、治理与安全设计要点,为同类项目提供参考。本项目中氯化氢、甲苯、非甲烷总烃的去除效率分别为33.77%、90.7%、90.0%,符合《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB37823-2019)中的排放限值。
Taking the waste gas collection and treatment project of API production as an example,this paper analyzes the physical and chemical properties and emission characteristics of waste gas components,puts forward the principle of classified collection and classified pretreatment,and puts forward the key points of collection,treatment and safety design based on the mechanism of waste gas treatment technology,so as to provide reference for similar projects.In this project,the removal efficiency of hydrogen chloride,toluene and non methane total hydrocarbon is 33.77%,90.7%and 90.0%respectively,meeting the emission limit in the emission standard of air pollutants for pharmaceutical industry(gb37823-2019).
