降低燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组厂用电率的方法探索

摘要 主要介绍了扬电公司两台三菱M701F4型燃气-蒸汽单轴联合循环机组的运行情况。从辅机运行方式、厂用电源方式、机组运行方式和其他因素四个方面对影响F级燃机厂用电率的因素进行分析,并制订相关技术措施和优化方案,阐述降低厂用电的可行性,为电厂降低厂用电率,提高经济效益提出了有效的解决方案。 This paper mainly introduces the operation of two Mitsubishi m701f4 gas steam single shaft combined cycle units.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the auxiliary power utilization rate of F-class gas turbine from four aspects,including auxiliary machine operation mode,auxiliary power supply mode,unit operation mode and other factors,formulates relevant technical measures and optimization schemes,expounds the feasibility of reducing auxiliary power consumption,and puts forward effective solutions for reducing auxiliary power consumption rate and improving economic benefits of the power plant.
