2015—2019年北京市社区卫生服务中心门诊处方集中点评数据对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Outpatient Prescription Review in Beijing Community Health Service Centers from 2015 to 2019

目的:比较北京市社区卫生服务中心实行处方集中点评后的处方点评数据,分析北京市社区处方点评的持续改进情况及存在的问题。方法:对北京市社区处方点评工作平台中2015—2019年北京市社区卫生服务中心门诊处方点评数据进行汇总,并对不合理处方数据进行对比分析。结果:2015—2019年,北京市社区卫生服务中心门诊处方合理率逐年升高,各年的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);处方抗菌药物使用率、处方注射剂使用率整体呈现降低的趋势;但处方平均用药品种数、处方平均金额整体呈现升高的趋势,与近年来北京市分级诊疗制度的深入推进相关。结论:北京市社区卫生服务中心通过实施处方集中点评,显著提升了处方点评的能力。社区处方集中点评模式对推动北京市社区合理用药水平有重要影响。

OBJECTIVE:To compare the data of prescription review after the implementation of centralized prescription review in Beijing community health service centers,and to analyze the continuous improvement and problems of prescription review in communities in Beijing.METHODS:The data of the outpatient prescription review of Beijing community health service centers from 2015 to 2019 in the Beijing Community Prescription Review Platform were summarized,and the irrational prescriptions were compared and analyzed.RESULTS:From 2015 to 2019,the rational rate of outpatient prescription in Beijing community health service centers increased year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The applicant rate of prescription with antibiotics,prescription with injections showed a downward trend.However,the average number of prescription drugs and the average consumption sum showed an overall trend of increase,which was related to the in-depth promotion of the hierarchical medical system in Beijing in recent years.CONCLUSIONS:Through the implementation of centralized prescription review,Beijing community health service centers have significantly improved the capacity of prescription review.The centralized review model of community prescriptions plays an important role in promoting rational drug use in communities in Beijing.
