摘要
目的编制适合我国国情的护士职业价值感量表。方法通过建立理论框架、文献研究、专家咨询、问卷调查、统计分析等逐步完成量表编制。结果量表包括7个维度和38个条目,解释总变异量的70.060%。该量表Cronbachα为0.961,分半信度为0.865,重测信度为0.951,内容效度为0.868。验证性因子分析表明,该量表的结构效度良好。结论该量表信效度较好,可以用来评价护士的职业价值感,为管理者有针对性地进行干预提供依据。
Objective To develop a scale of perceived professional value for Chinese nurses.Methods The development of the scale of nurse perceived professional value was completed through theoretical framework,literature review,expert consultation,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Results The developed nurse perceived professional value scale consisted of 38 items in 7 dimensions,explaining 70.060%of the total variance.The Cronbach a coefficient,split-half reliability coefficient,test-retest reliability,and content validity index of the scale was 0.961,0.865,0.951,and 0.868 respectively.Confirmatory factor analysis showed the scale had good construct validity.Conclusion The developed scale has a good reliability and validity,which might be used to evaluate nurses’perceived professional value and provide reference for targeted intervention.
