摘要
目的探讨ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂对尖锐湿疣HPV DNA含量的影响。方法选取2018年6~12月于聊城市人民医院确诊的尖锐湿疣患者120例为研究对象,随机分为ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂治疗组和ALA-PDT对照组和苋草苏合剂对照组。治疗组应用ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂治疗,对照组分别用ALA-PDT和苋草苏合剂治疗。收集治疗前和治疗2、4、8周后的病灶标本,利用PCR技术检测HPV DNA的含量。结果ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂治疗组和ALA-PDT对照组患者治疗2周后尖锐湿疣病毒含量均出现明显降低,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),苋草苏合剂对照组患者治疗2周后尖锐湿疣病毒含量无明显降低,ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂治疗组和ALA-PDT对照组与苋草苏合剂对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂治疗组有53例患者HPV病毒含量转阴,ALA-PDT对照组和苋草苏合剂对照组分别有33例和18例患者HPV病毒转阴,ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂治疗组和ALA-PDT对照组和苋草苏合剂对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALA-PDT对照组和苋草苏合剂对照组两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用不同方法治疗三组患者后,其局部HPV病毒含量均较治疗前明显降低。结论ALA-PDT联合苋草苏合剂较单纯用ALA-PDT和单纯用苋草苏合剂能更有效地治疗尖锐湿疣,并能明显降低HPV病毒DNA的含量。
Objective To explore the effect of ALA-PDT combined with portulacae mixture on HPV DNA content of condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 120 patients with condyloma acuminatum diagnosed in Liaocheng People's Hospital from June to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into ALA-PDT combined with portulacae mixture treatment group,ALA-PDT control group and portulacae mixture control group.The treatment group was treated with ALA-PDT combined with portulacae mixture,while the control group was treated with ALA-PDT and portulacae mixture respectively.Specimens of the lesions before treatment and after 2,4,and 8 weeks of treatment were collected,and the content of HPV DNA was detected by PCR.Results The condyloma acuminatum virus content in ALA-PDT combined with portulacae mixture treatment group and ALA-PDT control group after 2 weeks of treatment were significantly reduced,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant decrease in the condyloma acuminatum virus content in the portulacae mixture group after 2 weeks of treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between the ALA-PDT combined with portulacae mixture treatment group,the ALA-PDT control group and XianCaoSu mixture group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,53 patients in the combined treatment group had HPV virus content negative,33 patients in the ALA-PDT control group and 18 patients the portulacae mixture control group and had HPV virus negative.There was a statistically significant difference between the combined treatment group,the ALA-PDT control group and Tangji control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the ALA-PDT control group and Tangji control group(P<0.05).After using different methods to treat the three groups of patients,the local HPV virus content was significantly lower than before treatment.After treatment by three different methods,HPV virus local content was significantly lower than that before treatment.Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with portulacae mixture is more effective than ALA-PDT and Portulacae mixture alone in treating condyloma acuminatum,and can significantly reduce the content of HPV virus DNA.
