摘要
目的探讨阿托西班联合皮质激素在早产患儿中的疗效观察及对其妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2016年5月~2019年4月在我院接受治疗的早产患儿110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组实施阿托西班联合利托君治疗,观察组实施阿托西班联合皮质激素治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、妊娠结局、药物副作用及血清性激素变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.36%)高于对照组(81.82%),孕酮(P)水平较对照组高,而雌三醇(E3)水平较对照组低,且观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率(1.82%)低于对照组(14.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物副作用发生率(3.64%)与对照组(7.28%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托西班联合皮质激素治疗可有效提高临床疗效,改善血清性激素水平,从而减少不良妊娠结局的发生。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of atosiban combined with corticosteroids in patients with premature labor and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 110 patients with premature labour who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given atosiban combined with ritodrine.The observation group was given atosiban combined with corticosteroids.The clinical effects,pregnancy outcomes,side effects of drugs,and changes in serum sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.36%)was higher than that in the control group(81.82%).Progesterone(P)level were higher than that in the control group,while estriol(E3)level was lower than that in the control group.The overall incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(1.82%)was lower than that in the control group(14.55%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of drug adverse effects in the observation group(3.64%)was not statistically significantly different compared with that in the control group(7.28%),the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Atosiban combined with corticosteroid treatment can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve serum sex hormone levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
