论地方高校的社会责任与科学发展--以黄山学院为例

Study on the Social Responsibilities and Scientific Development of Regional Colleges--Take Huangshan University as an Example

以黄山学院为例,阐述地方高校的社会责任与科学发展问题。研究发现地方高校的服务功能与社会价值主要有:为区域发展培养应用型人才;提升区域产学研融合水平;深化区域文化研究;拉动区域消费、推动经济发展等。基于此提出依托地方、服务地方,实现地方高校特色发展的相关建议。

Taking Huangshan University as an example,this paper expounds the social responsibility and scientific development of local colleges and universities.The study finds that the service functions and social values of the local colleges and univerisities mainly include:cultivating applied talents for re⁃gional development,promoting the integration level of regional production-education-research,deepening re⁃gional cultural research,stimulating regional consumption to promote economic development,and so on.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to realize the characteristic development of local colleges and universities by relying on and serving local.
