摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)属难治性疾病,以“厚肠”为指导的中医治法对本病的临床治疗疗效显著,值得进一步深入挖掘。因此对“厚肠”进行释义,并结合其延伸治法,指导临床治疗UC,并将其与现代医学肠黏膜屏障保护相结合,深入挖掘其内涵。发现以中医“厚肠”为指导的治法已不拘泥于单纯的“益肠”,深入挖掘“厚肠”治法更有利于指导临床用药;且肠道黏膜屏障保护与“厚肠”的相关性及内在联系值得去进一步探索。
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a kind of refractory disease,TCM has significant therapeutic effect on it.TCM treatment guided by"Hou Chang"has great significance in the clinical treatment of this disease,which is worthy of further exploration.In this study,the definition of"Hou Chang"and its extended treatment methods are combined to guide the clinical treatment of UC.The therapy is integrated with modern medicine of protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier to explore its connotation.It is found that"Hou Chang"is not just limited to"Yi Chang",deep exploration of the connotation of"Hou Chang"is conducive to better guiding the clinical medication,also the ralationship between"Hou Chang"and intestinal mucosal barrier needs further study.
