推拿治疗小儿功能性消化不良40例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Pediatric Functional Dyspepsia Treated with Tuina

目的:观察推拿手法治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年7月—2019年12月在郑州市第二中医院就诊的符合纳入标准的功能性消化不良患儿80例,依据随机数字表分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用一般推拿治疗,观察组采用张世卿推拿法治疗,5 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效、中医证候评分及血锌含量。结果:治疗后观察组的总有效率为90%(36/40),显著高于对照组的75%(30/40)(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患儿均未发生皮肤感染、肿胀、破损等不良反应;治疗后两组患儿的中医证候评分都低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿的血锌含量高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:张世卿推拿手法治疗小儿功能性消化不良,能减轻临床症状,降低中医证候评分,升高血锌水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children.Methods:80 children with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated with general Tuina therapy,and the observation group was treated with ZHANG Shiqing's Tuina method.The treatment duration was two courses of ten days.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and blood zinc level were observed after the treatment.Results:The overall effectiveness rate of the observation group was 90%(36/40),which was significantly higher than 75%(30/40)of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions,such as skin infection,swelling or skin damage,occurred in the two groups during the treatment.TCM syndrome scores were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in both groups(P<0.05),of which the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The blood zinc levels were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),of which the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZHANG Shiqing's Tuina technique for functional dyspepsia can reduce clinical symptoms and lower TCM syndrome scores,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
