小青龙汤对COPD气道黏液高分泌患者MUC5AC及生活质量的影响

Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on MUC5AC and QOL of Patients with Airway Mucus Hypersecretion

目的:探讨小青龙汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)气道黏液高分泌患者肺组织黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)及生活质量的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的100例COPD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。所有患者均给予低流量吸氧、祛痰、抗感染等西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予小青龙汤口服14 d。结果:治疗后,观察组患者肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC明显优于对照组(P<0.05),MUC5AC指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组CAT评分也低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(84%,42/50)明显优于对照组(70%,35/50)(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用小青龙汤治疗COPD稳定期气道黏液高分泌患者,可以减轻患者的临床症状,抑制气道黏液高分泌,减轻气道阻塞,改善肺通气功能,提高患者的生活质量,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on MUC5AC and quality of life(QOL)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:100 COPD patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low flow oxygen,expectorant,anti infection and other conventional western medication;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction for 14 days.Results:After corresponding treatments,the pulmonary function indexes of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly improved in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The index of MUC5AC was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CAT score of the observation group was also lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 84%(42/45),which was significantly higher than 70%(35/50)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine western medication combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with airway mucus hypersecretion,it can inhibit airway mucus hypersecretion,reduce airway obstruction,improve pulmonary ventilation function and improve the QOL of the patients.The therapy has a good clinical effect.
