益智的研究进展

Research Progress of Alpinia oxyphyllae Fructus

通过数据库检索,对近年益智本草考证、化学成分和药理作用的相关文献进行了系统的归纳和整理。通过本草考证进一步确证了益智的基源和功效;通过对益智的化学成分和药理作用相关文献进行整理发现益智含有萜类、二苯庚烷类、黄酮类、甾体类等化学成分,具有保护心血系统、抗氧化、抗炎、保护肾脏功能、改善胃肠功能、镇静催眠、抗帕金森病、抗阿尔茨海默病等药理作用。

This study systematically summarized the textual research,chemical composition and pharmacological action of Alpinia oxyphyllae Fructus(AOF)by reviewing the related literatures of recent years.Through the herbal textual research,the origin and efficacy of AOF were further confirmed.By sorting out the related literature on chemical components and pharmacological effects of AOF,it was found that it contains terpenoids,diphenylheptanes,flavonoids,steroids and other chemical components,which can protect the cardiovascular system,and has the effects of antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and sedative hypnosis,it can improve renal function and gastrointestinal function,it also can be applied to Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
