目的:探讨改进后的吸入给药法在指导吸入剂正确使用中的应用效果。方法:将吸入给药七步法改进为给药十步法,并应用于对本院2018年1~12月使用吸入剂患者进行装置使用指导,以吸入剂的操作评分和使用正确率作为衡量标准,对比干预前后患者吸入剂操作情况的变化。结果:干预前患者吸入剂操作评分为5.6分,装置使用正确率为27.1%,经过3次干预后,吸入剂操作评分分别为7.3分、8.0分、8.2分,装置使用正确率分别为49.5%、 64.4%、73.2%,吸入给药十步法指导干预后,吸入剂操作评分提高了45.8%,装置使用正确率提高了2.7倍。结论:改进后的十步法指导吸入剂应用,提高了使用装置的正确率,该法步骤明确、易理解,易掌握。

Objective: To explore the application effect of an improved inhalation administration method in educating patients to correctly use inhaler devices. Methods: The seven-step method of inhalation administration was improved to a ten-step method, and it was applied to guide patients who used inhalation in our hospital from January to December 2018. The operation score and correct use rate of inhalation were used as the measurement standards. Before and after the intervention, the change of inhalant use in patients was compared. Results: The inhalation operation score of patients before intervention was 5.6 points, and the correct rate of device use was 27.1%. After three interventions, the inhalation operation scores were 7.3,8.0 and 8.2 points, and the correct rates of device use were 49.5%, 64.4% and 73.2%, respectively. After the guiding intervention of 10 steps inhalation administration, the inhalation operation score was improved by 45.8%, and the accuracy of device use was increased by 2.7 times. Conclusion: The improved ten-step method of inhalation administration improves the accuracy of device use. The inhalation administration procedure is clear and easy to understand, and can be used as a reference for the standard operation procedure of clinical inhalation administration.
