地铁列车驾驶员个性特征与工作绩效的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Personality Characteristics and Job Performance of Metro Drivers

地铁列车驾驶员的工作绩效影响着地铁的安全运行水平,而地铁列车驾驶员的个性特征对工作绩效有重要影响。为探究地铁列车驾驶员个性特征与工作绩效间的关系,应用个性-环境理论进行研究,个性特征测试采用卡特尔十六种人格因素量表,包括16种一元人格因素、4个二元个性因素及4个综合个性因素。以国内某地铁公司列车驾驶员为调查样本,分析其个性特征与工作绩效之间的关系。结果表明,稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、内向与外向、感情用事与安详机警、心理健康正向影响工作绩效;敏感性、独立性、紧张性、适应与焦虑度负向影响工作绩效。进而从地铁列车驾驶员选拔标准、心理健康教育及自我状态调整等方面提出建议。

The work performance of subway train drivers affects the safe operation level of subway,and the personality characteristics of subway train drivers have an important impact on the work performance.In order to explore the relationship between personality characteristics and job performance of subway train drivers,personality-environment theory was applied to study.Cattell's 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16PF)was used to test personality characteristics,including 16 unitary personality factors,4 binary personality factors and 4 comprehensive personality factors.Taking the subway train drivers of a domestic subway company as an investigation sample,this paper analyzes the relationship between their personality characteristics and job performance.The results show that stability,constancy,aggressiveness,introversion and extroversion,emotional and calm alertness,and mental health positively affect job performance.Sensitivity,independence,tension,adaptation and anxiety negatively affect job performance.Then,some suggestions are put forward from the selection criteria,mental health education and self-adjustment of subway train drivers.
