摘要
铁谱分析须在实验室条件下进行且操作速度较慢,为实现对油液磨粒数量、尺寸、形貌等的现场快速分析,采用基于滤纸过滤的显微镜观察法对某型船用柴油机在用油进行了检测。该方法利用不同规格的滤纸过滤沉降油样磨粒,并用高倍手持光学放大镜和铁谱显微镜进行观察,从而获得磨粒种类、尺寸、形貌等信息。根据拆机检修结果,使用该方法能有效发现异常磨损,可实现对磨粒的现场快速分析。经与相同油样的铁谱分析结果对比,该方法可一定程度上代替分析式铁谱仪进行磨粒现场快速检测,也可检测出部分非铁磁性磨粒。
Ferrography analysis technology is generally operated in laboratory at low speed.In order to realize on-site and rapid analysis of the quantity,size and morphology of these debris,some in-service oil samples from a marine diesel engine are tested by way of the microscope observation based on filter paper filtration.This method uses filter paper of different specifications to filter and deposit oil wear debris,observes it with a high power hand-held optical magnifying glass as well as a metallographic microscope,and thus acquires type,size,morphology and other debris information.According to the disassembly inspection results,this way of microscope observation discovers abnormal wear effectively,indicating that the method can realize on-site and rapid analysis for wear debris.Compared with the ferrograph analysis results of the same oil samples,this method can replace the analytic ferrographic instrument to some extent to conduct on-site and rapid detection of the size and morphology of lubricant debris,and can also monitor some nonferromagnetic debris.
