“和谐经济论”到“经济高质量”之间的现实思考

Realistic Thinking between“Harmonious Economy Theory”and“High Economic Quality”

《和谐经济论》一书中,巴斯夏从“自然秩序”“个人利益”“资本形成”三个方面出发,试图运用伦理道德式的语言,证明资本主义制度内含天生“和谐”原则,维护资本主义合理性。伴随全球化进程,社会动荡加剧、人的全面“异化”、金融风险肆意频发等社会问题接连发生,又无不展现资本生产内在自我矛盾。“经济高质量”的提出紧贴中国经济转换发展方式的时代脉搏,通过人民中心思想历史继承、“质量供给”的生产结构性改革、以及金融深化改革中“避虚就实”价值凸显的现实创新,突破资本历史局限性,推进新时代中国特色社会经济健康可持续发展。

In the book,Theory of Harmonious Economy,Frederick Bastia tries to prove,from three aspects of“natural order”,“personal interest”and“capital formation”,the inherent“harmonious”principle in the capitalist system by using the language of ethics and morality,so as to maintain the rationality of the ruling class capitalist.Along with the process of capitalist globalization,social problems such as intensified social unrest,allround“alienation”of people,and frequent financial risks occur one after another,all of which show the inherent contradictions of capital production.The proposal of“economic high quality”is closely related to the pulse of the times regarding China’s economic transformation development model.In this regard,this paper puts forward the following strategies for promoting the social and economic sustainable and healthy development with Chinese characteristics:taking history inheritance on the people’s central idea,taking structural reform of production on“quality supply”,taking reality innovation highlighting the value of“virtual reality”in the financial deepening reform,and breaking through the limitations of historical capital.
