A Sociological Analysis of the Structural Pattern of Home-Based Pension

居家养老模式是中和家庭养老和机构养老模式的优势,更符合中国国情的一种养老模式。我国老年社会提前到来,传统文化使老人更愿意融合于家庭内。按照结构功能主义,家庭结构421的形式限制了大家庭的存在,促使居家养老成为主要方式,这就需要建立一套完整的制度体系,解决面临的养老社会问题。

The home-based pension model is a kind of pension model which reconciles the advantages of the family pension model and the institutional pension model,and it is more in line with the national conditions of China.With the early advent of elderly society,traditional culture makes the elderly more willing to integrate into the family.According to structural functionalism,the 421 form of family structure limits the existence of big family and makes home-based pension the main way of old-age care,which requires establishing a complete system to solve the social problems of old-age care.
