摘要
基于“MOOC+翻转课堂”的混合课堂是一种新型的教学模式,能弥补传统教学模式的缺陷,充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。根据“MOOC+翻转课堂”的基本内涵与构建条件,结合《房地产开发与经营》本科课程的特色、培养目标及传统教学问题,阐述“MOOC+翻转课堂”混合式教学模式在该课程教学中的应用并进行课前、课中和课后的系统设计,以培养房地产行业的应用型人才。
The blended classroom based on“MOOC+flipped classroom”is a new teaching model,which can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model and fully mobilize students’enthusiasm and initiative in learning.According to the basic connotation and construction conditions of“MOOC+flipped classroom”,this paper discusses the characteristics,training objectives and traditional teaching problems in the course“Real Estate Development and Operation”,expounds the application of the blended teaching model of“MOOC+flipped classroom”in the course by taking the system design before,during and after the course,so as to cultivate the applied talents in the real estate industry.
