摘要
教师教学与学生的交流互动,因多种因素出现师生冲突现象,冲突性话语严重影响课堂教学成效,不利于良好课堂秩序的建立与维护,对师生之间和谐关系的构建起到很大的破坏作用。根据冲突发生的实际情况有针对性地采取言据性策略,结合课堂教学实践,灵活使用假设策略、期待策略、转述策略实现问题的解决。
Teacher-student conflicts often occur in classroom teaching interactions due to many factors.Conflicting discourses between teachers and students will seriously affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and are not conducive to establishing and maintaining benign classroom order,which has played a destructive role in building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.In response to this situation,the evidence-based strategies should be flexibly adopted in accordance with the actual situation of the conflict and based on classroom teaching practice,such as hypothesis strategy,expectation strategy,and reporting strategy.
