针灸联合高压氧对脑卒中后失语症患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Functional Recovery and Quality of Life in Patients with Aphasia after Stroke

目的探究针灸联合高压氧在脑卒中后失语症患者功能恢复及生活质量中的疗效。方法采用随机数表法将68例脑卒中后失语症患者分为研究组与对照组各34例。对照组患者采用基本的高压氧疗法,研究组患者在此基础之上加以中医传统针灸疗法。比较治疗前、治疗4w后两组患者病情改善情况[波士顿失语症严重程度量表(BDAE)],记录其认知功能[简明智能量表(MMSE)]、生活自主能力[Barthe1指数(MBI)]和生活质量[诺丁汉健康调查表(NHP)]评估结果差异。结果治疗4w后,两组患者BDAE、MMSE和MBI评分均较治疗前增高,且研究组高于对照组(P均<0.05);两组NHP评分均较治疗前下降,且研究组降幅高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论脑卒中后失语患者可采用针灸联合高压氧进行治疗,帮助患者增强自主生活能力进而回归社会和生活,提高其生活质量并促进功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hyperbaric oxygen on functional recovery and quality of life in patients with aphasia after stroke.Methods 68 cases of patients with aphasia after stroke were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was given basic hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and study group was given traditional Chinese medicineacupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The improvement of condition[Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE)]was compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 w of treatment.The assessment results of cognitive function[Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)],independent living ability[Barthel Index(MBI)]and quality of life[Nottingham Health Profile(NHP)]were recorded.Results After 4 w of treatment,the scores of BDAE,MMSE and MBI in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The NHP scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with aphasia after stroke can help patients enhance the independent living ability and return to society and life,improve thequality of life and promote functional recovery.
