摘要 目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清C肽(FCP)水平与脑血管病变的关系。方法选取我院CHD患者80例,依照有无合并脑血管病变分为研究组(n=48)、对照组(n=32)。研究组为CHD合并脑血管病变患者,对照组为同期入院CHD无脑血管病变患者。探究CHD患者血清FCP水平与脑血管病变的关系。结果研究组年龄、病程、血清LDL-C水平、血清TG水平、FBG水平高于对照组,血清HDL-C水平、血清FCP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组BMI、血清TC水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析,HDL-C水平、FCP水平为CHD患者发生脑血管病保护因素,年龄、病程、TG水平、LDL-C水平、FBG水平为CHD患者发生脑血管病危险因素(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者发生脑血管病变主要相关因素为年龄、病程、血清TG水平、血清LDL-C水平、血清HDL-C水平、血清FCP水平、FBG水平,临床通过监测血清FCP水平,可为脑血管病变早期预防、治疗提供可靠参考依据。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum C-peptide(FCP)levels and cerebrovascular disease in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Eighty patients with CHD in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=32)according to the presence or absence of cerebrovascular disease.The study group was CHD patients with cerebrovascular disease,and the control group was patients with CHD without cerebrovascular disease.To explore the relationship between serum FCP levels and cerebrovascular disease in patients with CHD.Results The age,duration of disease,serum LDL-C level,serum TG level and FBG level were higher in the study group than in the control group.Serum HDL-C level and serum FCP level were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The study group BMI and serum TC level Compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Logistic regression analysis,HDL-C level,FCP level were protective factors for cerebrovascular disease in patients with CHD,age,duration,TG level,LDL-C level,FBG The risk of cerebrovascular disease occurred in patients with CHD(P<0.05).Conclusion The main related factors of cerebrovascular disease in patients with CHD are age,disease course,serum TG level,serum LDL-C level,serum HDL-C level,serum FCP level and FBG level.Clinical monitoring of serum FCP level can be a cerebrovascular disease.Early prevention and treatment provide a reliable reference.
