电切术对子宫内膜息肉患者月经恢复、妊娠结局的影响

Effects Ofelectrocision on Menstruation Recovery and Pregnancyoutcomes in Patients with Endometrial Polyps

目的观察电切术对子宫内膜息肉患者月经恢复、妊娠结局的影响。方法将我院2014年5月至2017年7月收治的84例因子宫内膜息肉所致不孕且月经不规律患者随机分为刮宫术组和电切术组,每组42例,两组均在宫腔镜下完成,比较两组手术情况、术后月经量、术后妊娠及息肉复发情况。结果两组术中情况、平均住院时间、术后并发症无明显差异(P均>0.05),电切术组术后月经量恢复、妊娠率、息肉复发情况明显优于刮宫术组(P均<0.05)。结论电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者有利于患者术后月经恢复,提高妊娠率,降低息肉复发率。

Objective To observe the effects of electrocision onmenstruation recovery and pregnancy outcomes in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 84 infertility patients with endometrial polyps and irregular menstruation who were admitted to the hospital from May 2014 to July 2017 were randomly divided into curettage group and electrocision group,42 cases in each group.Both groups were completed under uteroscope.The surgical situations,postoperative menstruation volume,postoperative pregnancy and polyp recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant differencein intraoperative situations,average hospitalization time or postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery of postoperative menstruation volume,pregnancy rateand polyp recurrence in electrocision group were significantly better than those in curettage group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocision in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps is conductive to recovery of postoperative menstruation volume,improving pregnancy rate and reducing recurrence rate of polyps.
