电针联合神经阻滞治疗慢性下腰痛的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Nerve Block on Chronic Low Back Pain

目的研究电针联合神经阻滞治疗慢性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月来我院就诊的106例慢性下腰痛患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各53例,观察组采用电针联合神经阻滞的方式治疗,对照组采用神经阻滞治疗。比较经3个月治疗后,2组患者的临床疗效和生活质量。通过视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及日本骨科学会下腰痛评分(JOA)来评估2组患者治疗前后的疼痛状况。结果治疗后观察组临床疗效总有效率为94.33%,高于对照组的71.69%(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针联合神经阻滞可明显缓解患者慢性下腰痛的疼痛程度,使患者生活质量明显改善。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with nerve block on chronic low back pain(LBP).Methods 106 LBP patients who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with nerve block,while control group was treated with nerve block.At 3 months after treatment,clinical curative effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The pain status in both group before and after treatment was evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA).Results After treatment,total response rate of clinical curative effect in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.33%vs 71.69%)(P<0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,while JOA score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with nerve block can significantly alleviate pain degree of chronic LBP patients,and significantly improve their quality of life.
