摘要
对江西某白钨矿进行了常温浮选试验研究,确定了最佳工艺参数和工艺流程,粗选段采用"一粗三扫二精、中矿顺序返回"流程,精选段采用"一粗二扫四精、精精选尾矿集中返回到精粗选"流程,获得了钨精矿WO3品位55.76%、回收率82.04%的浮选指标。
Based on the ambient temperature flotation tests for a scheelite ore from Jiangxi,the processing parameters and flowsheet were all optimized.For the roughing section,a flowsheet consisting of one roughing,three scavenging and two cleaning stages was adopted,with the middlings returned to the previous stage orderly.For the cleaning section,the flowsheet was composed of one roughing,two scavenging and four cleaning stages and the tailings from the cleaning stages were returned to the roughing stage.Result showed 82.04%recovery into a scheelite concentrate grading 55.76%WO3.
