摘要
对某地复杂铅锌锡多金属矿进行了选矿工艺试验研究。采用磁选-优先浮铅-锌硫混浮-锌硫分离-重选收锡联合工艺流程,获得了铅精矿Pb品位47.23%、Sb品位12.98%、Ag品位1345.12 g/t,Pb回收率87.74%、Sb回收率89.53%、Ag回收率76.57%;锌精矿Zn品位47.73%、Zn回收率77.20%;锡精矿Sn品位56.27%,Sn回收率62.01%。该工艺可为研究同类型矿提供参考依据。
An experimental study on the mineral processing technique for a complex Pb-Zn-Sn polymetallic ore was conducted.A flowsheet consisting sequentially of magnetic separation,Pb preferential flotation,Zn-S bulk flotation,Zn/S separation and Sn gravity separation processes was selected,which finally produced a lead concentrate graded 47.23%Pb,12.98%Sb and 1345.12 g/t Ag with the corresponding recoveries of 87.74%,89.53%and 76.57%,a zinc concentrate graded 47.73%Zn at 77.20%recovery,as well as a tin concentrate graded 56.27%Sn at 62.01%recovery.This study can provide a reference basis for recovering ores of the same type.
