摘要
采用电化学试验及表面分析手段研究了不同粒级长石对氰化浸金的影响。结果表明,长石减弱了金表面钝化膜的生成,加快金的溶解速率,且粒级越细,促进作用越明显;长石粒级越细对溶液中金的吸附率越大,降低了金的回收率;部分金的氰化络合物紧密吸附于长石表面,产生了"劫金"现象。研究结果可为提高同类金矿中金的浸出速率及浸出率提供理论依据。
The influence of feldspar with different particle sizes on cyanide leaching of gold was studied by means of electrochemical testing and surface analysis.The results show that feldspar can weaken the formation of passivating films on the gold surface and accelerate the dissolution rate of gold.With the finer particle size,the feldspar will bring in more obvious acceleration effect.Besides,the feldspar with finer particle size shows a higher adsorption rate of gold from the solution,thus reducing the recovery rate of gold.As a result,part of the gold cyanide complex is closely adsorbed onto the surface of feldspar,leading to the phenomena of"preg-robbing".This research can provide a theoretical basis for improving leaching speed and leaching rate of gold in similar gold mines.
