摘要
以铜阳极泥为原料,采用硫酸化焙烧蒸硒-酸浸脱铜-氯化分金-亚硫酸钠分银的火法-湿法联合工艺对阳极泥进行综合回收。试验结果表明:在上述联合工艺下,阳极泥中硒挥发率达到99.7%,粗硒产品中硒品位达93.6%;铜浸出率达到95.8%,海绵铜中铜品位达到87.62%;金浸出率达到99.2%,粗金产品中金品位为99.3%;银浸出率达99.4%,粗银产品中银品位为98.1%。该工艺有效实现了铜阳极泥中硒、铜、金、银的综合回收。
Copper anode slime,taken as a raw material,was comprehensively recovered by a combined pyrometallurgical-hydrometallurgical processing technique consisting of recovering selenium by sulfating roasting,copper removal by acid leaching,gold extraction by chlorination and silver extraction with sodium sulfite.As a result,with this combined process,the selenium volatilization rate from the anode slime can reach 99.7%and the selenium grade in the crude selenium products can reach 93.6%;the copper leaching rate reaches 95.8%and the copper grade in the sponge copper reaches 87.62%;the gold leaching rate reaches 99.2%and the gold grade in the crude gold products is 99.3%;the silver leaching rate reaches 99.4%and the silver grade in the crude silver products is 98.1%.It is shown that the comprehensive recoveries of selenium,copper,gold and silver from copper anode slime can be effectively attained.
