摘要
赞比亚某硫化铜矿铜品位1.57%,含铜矿物以黄铜矿、斑铜矿为主,脉石矿物以白云母、石英、黑云母为主。对该硫化铜矿进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明:矿石在磨矿细度-74μm粒级占70%条件下,采用石灰作调整剂、丁基黄药作捕收剂、松醇油作起泡剂,经过一粗一精一扫闭路浮选流程,可获得铜品位33.86%、铜回收率97.37%的铜精矿,选矿工艺流程及药剂制度较简单,选矿指标较好。
A copper sulfide ore from Zambia grading 1.57%Cu was taken for beneficiation tests,in which the cupriferous minerals predominately were chalcopyrite and bornite,and the dominate gangue minerals were muscovite,quartz and biotite.After the ore was ground to a fineness of 70%-74μm,it was processed adopting a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging with lime as the regulator,butyl xanthate as the collector and pine camphor oil as the frother.A copper concentrates grading 33.86%Cu at 97.37%recovery were obtained.The processing flowsheet and reagent regime are simple,and the beneficiation index is good.
