摘要
喷雾锥角是喷嘴的一项重要参数,是研究其雾化性能的一个关键性能指标。在基于机器视觉和图像处理测量喷嘴喷雾锥角的方法中,通过直线检测获得喷雾的左右边界从而获得喷雾锥角是常用的技术手段。针对不同的喷雾图像特点结合常用的霍夫变换和最小二乘法对直线检测方法进行了研究。
The spray cone angle is an important parameter of the nozzle and a key performance index to study its atomization performance.In the method of measuring the spray cone angle of the nozzle based on machine vision and image processing,it is a common technical means to obtain the left and right boundaries of the spray through straight line detection to obtain the spray cone angle.According to the characteristics of different spray images,combined with the commonly used Hough transform and least square method,the straight line detection method is studied.
