摘要
针对当前职业技术院校实验室固定资产管理各部门独自为政,数据不能互联互通的问题,本文站在使用者、管理者和财务部门的角度对固定资产管理需求进行了全方位分析,以实验室固定资产数据为中心,基于LNM P设计了"采购"、"报废"、"维修"、"资产信息变更"以及"信息发布"等多个数据处理与流转过程。完成后的系统能够满足实验室固定资产日常管理,简化了登记制度,提高了信息的准确率,解决了资产信息更新滞后等问题。
Aiming at the current problem that each department of laboratory fixed asset management in vocational and technical colleges is independent,and data cannot be interconnected.This article analyzes the needs of fixed asset management from the perspective of users,managers and financial departments,and designs"purchasing","scrapping","maintenance","asset information change"and"information publishing"and other data processing and transfer process based on LNMP.Meanwhile,the laboratory fixed assets data is considered as the center.The completed system can meet the daily management of laboratory fixed assets,simplify the registration system,improve the accuracy of information,and solve the problems of lagging asset information updates.
