全域旅游视角下新疆旅游产业融合开发路径探索

Exploring the Development Path of Xinjiang Tourism Industry Integration from the Perspective of Whole-area Tourism

在“一带一路”与供给侧结构性改革的背景下,全域旅游作为政府部门工作的重要抓手在推进区域经济整体协调发展等方面发挥着重要作用。这为新疆全面实施旅游兴疆战略,积极创建国家全域旅游示范区提供了契机。该文在剖析全域旅游概念及其相关研究,分析新疆旅游业发展现状及问题的基础上,以全域旅游的视角结合产业融合理论及“旅游+”思维,提出全力促进旅游与交通融合,继续加强科旅融合,加强旅游要素重组融合,强化旅游产业延伸融合,重视文旅融合,深化旅游兵地融合,增加旅游精品线路,重视旅游专业人才培养等新疆旅游产业融合开发路径及措施,以推进新疆全域旅游发展及旅游产业转型升级。

Under the background of the“Belt and Road Initiative”and supply-side structural reforms,whole-area tourism,as an important player in the work of government departments,has played an important role in promoting the overall coordinated development of the regional economy.This provides an opportunity to fully implement the strategy of rejuvenating Xinjiang with tourism and actively creating a national tourism demonstration area.Based on the analysis of the tourism concept and related research and of the development status and problems of Xinjiang’s tourism industry,the paper combines the theory of industry integration with the perspective of whole-area tourism.With“tourism+”development approach in mind,we propose such suggestions as to promote the integration of tourism and transportation,to continue to strengthen the integration of tourism and technology,to strengthen the rebuilding and integration of tourism elements,to strengthen the extension and integration of the tourism industry,to attach importance to the integration of tourism and the cultural industry,to deepen the integration of tourism in XPCC and XUAR,to increase the quality tourism routes,and to pay much attention to the cultivation of tourism professionals.With these approaches we view to promote the development of tourism in Xinjiang and the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in Xinjiang.
