全面从严治党制度建设是一个完整的逻辑系统,完善之需要围绕全面从严治党的相关问题多角度展开,这包括以立足于党更好地长期执政为基点,深挖思想渊源、夯实制度建设路径、完善制度体系建设、融入法治思维等等。其中,系统地梳理全面从严治党制度建设的发展逻辑非常关键,在此基础上,完善党的政治制度建设、组织制度建设、监督制度建设极其重要。从严治党永远在路上,新形势下,需要契合党的十九届四中全会精神,把完善全面从严治党制度研究融入国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设征程中,继续提升政治制度建设水准,提高立规质量,特别是要紧抓纪律建设,强化从严治党制度的执行力,继续深入推进全面从严治党向纵深发展,为保障党实现中华民族伟大复兴的目标而奋进。

The construction of the system of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor is a logical system,and the need for its perfection should be carried out from various angles,including basing itself on the Party’s better long-term governance as the basic point,digging the ideological origin,tamping the system construction path,perfecting the system construction,incorporating the rule of law thinking and so on.Among them,it is very important to systematize the development logic of the construction of the Party’s system.On this basis,it is most important to perfect the construction of the Party’s political system,organizational system and supervision system.Under the new situation,in keeping with the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it is necessary to integrate the study of the system of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party into the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity,we will continue to raise the level of building our political system and improve the quality of our regulations.In particular,we must tighten discipline,strengthen the executive power of the system of exercising strict governance over the Party and continue to push forward the self-governance,to ensure that the Chinese Dream’s goals will be realized.
