乡村振兴背景下新乡贤回归与乡村治理格局重构

The Return of New Rural Sages and Reconstruction of Rural Governance Structure in the Context of Rural Revitalization

新乡贤的回归,是乡村治理中嵌入的一个新变量,也必然会对整个乡村治理格局产生重要影响。按照“结构—功能”理论,乡村治理格局是由乡村治理结构体系及其相应功能和影响等因素共同组成的。据此,本文认为新乡贤回归对乡村治理结构的重塑、乡村权威的再造和乡村道德文化的修复具有积极意义,新乡贤可以在实现乡村有效治理与推进乡村振兴方面发挥重要作用。

The return of new rural sages is a new“variable”embedded in rural governance,which will inevitably have an important impact on the whole rural governance structure.According to the theory of“structurefunction”,the rural governance structure can be regarded as a system of rural governance structure and its corresponding functions and influences.According to this,this paper holds that the return of new rural sages is of positive significance to the reconstruction of rural governance structure,the reconstruction of rural authority and the restoration of rural moral culture.New rural sages can play an important role in the realization of effective rural governance and the promotion of rural revitalization.
