老年人群临床药物不良反应分析及用药安全分析

Analysis of adverse drug reactions and drug safety in elderly patients

目的:探究老年人群在临床用药时出现的不良反应,分析用药安全。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年4月治疗时出现用药不良反应的老年患者71例,记录患者不良反应,分析不同因素对老年人用药安全造成的影响。结果:71例老年患者中,60岁以上不良反应发生率为78.87%,60岁以下为21.13%;其中男女比例未见显著差异。不良反应类型包括肺心病(1.41%)、过敏(33.80%)、肾损害(15.49%)、皮疹(40.85%)、呼吸困难(5.63%)及脑梗死(2.82%);用药类型包括头孢噻肟、青霉素类、头孢呋辛及丹红注射液等。结论:在对老年患者进行用药治疗时,需要了解患者的生理特点,合理选择药物的种类以及用药方式,进而保证老年患者的治疗安全。

Objective:To explore the adverse reactions of the elderly in clinical medication and analyze the safety of medication.Methods:From September 2017 to April 2019,71 elderly patients with adverse drug reactions were selected,we recorded the adverse reactions of the patients and analyzed the impact of different factors on the medication safety of the elderly.Results:Among the 71 elderly patients,the incidence of adverse reactions was 78.87%for those over 60 years old and 21.13%for those under 60 years old.There was no significant difference in ratio of men to women.The adverse reactions included pulmonary heart disease(1.41%),allergy(33.80%),renal damage(15.49%),rash(40.85%),dyspnea(5.63%)and cerebral infarction(2.82%).The types of medication included cefotaxime,penicillins,cefuroxime and Danhong injection.Conclusion:In the treatment of the elderly patients,we need to understand the physiological characteristics of the patients,choose the type of drugs and the way of medication reasonably,so as to ensure the treatment safety of the elderly patients.
