心血管内科患者临床用药常见问题及合理用药研究

Study on the common problems in the clinical use of drugs and rational drug use in patients of cardiovascular medicine department

目的:探究心血管内科患者在临床用药方面存在的常见性问题并给予合理性用药的策略。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月本院心血管相关疾病患者240例,根据《中国药典》、《相关疾病的治疗指南》的相关标准评价用药合理性。结果:240例患者中,发生用药不合理现象130例,根据从高到低的方式排列不合理用药类型为临床循证证据缺失、抗菌药物不合理应用、配伍不合理化、用药缺失针对性、给药剂量不合理、服用方式不合理。结论:心血管内科治疗过程中存在用药不合理现象,需运用有效措施改变不合理现象,保障患者治疗效果与安全。

Objective:To explore the common problems in the clinical use of drugs in cardiovascular medicine department patients and to give rational use of drugs strategies.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,240 patients with cardiovascular related diseases in our hospital were selected,and they were evaluated the rationality of medication according to the relevant standards from“Chinese pharmacopoeia”and“guidelines for the treatment of related diseases”.Results:Among the 240 patients,130 cases had occurred unreasonable drug use phenomenon.According to the ranking from high to low,the unreasonable drug use types were lack of clinical evidence,unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs,unreasonable compatibility,lack of pertinence in drug use,unreasonable dose of drug administration,and unreasonable way of taking drugs.Conclusion:There is an unreasonable drug use exists in the course of cardiovascular medicine treatment,so effective measures should be taken to change the unreasonable phenomenon and ensure the therapeutic effect and safety of patients.
