卡托普利与特拉唑嗪对社区高血压患者心室重构的逆转作用

Reversal effect of captopril and terazosin on ventricular remodeling in community hypertensive patients

目的:探讨卡托普利与特拉唑嗪对社区高血压患者心室重构的逆转作用。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年2月社区原发性高血压患者80例,随机分两组,各40例。观察组给予卡托普利治疗;对照组使用特拉唑嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后左心室收缩末内径及左心室舒张末内径均小于对照组,左心室射血分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血管内皮素-1水平低于对照组,一氧化氮水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血管内皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用卡托普利治疗社区高血压患者,能显著改善患者心室重构,调节血管内皮功能,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the reversal effect of captopril and terazosin on ventricular remodeling in community hypertensive patients.Methods:From November 2017 to February 2019,80 patients with primary hypertension in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The observation group was treated with captopril.The control group was treated with terazosin.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the end systolic and end diastolic diameter of left ventricle were smaller than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the treatment,the level of angiopoietin-1 was lower than that in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of captopril in the treatment of community hypertensive patients can significantly improve the ventricular remodeling,regulate the vascular endothelial function,and there are few adverse reactions and high safety.
