左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果观察研究

Clinical effect of levofloxacin and ofloxacin in the treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:研究左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月我院收治慢性盆腔炎患者120例,根据不同治疗方式分为观察组与对照组各60例。其中观察组患者采用左氧氟沙星进行治疗,对照组患者采用氧氟沙星进行治疗,同时给予两组患者中药内服及外敷辅助治疗。对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效(96.67%)显著高于对照组(78.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病相对于氧氟沙星具有更好的临床治疗效果,不仅具有更好的抗菌活性、更加广泛的治疗效果,还能够有效抑制多种病菌活性、降低不良反应的发生率,具有重要的临床推广价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of levofloxacin and ofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin.The control group was treated with ofloxacin.Both groups were given internal and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin has high antibacterial activity in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,it has a wide range of treatment and can effectively inhibit the activity of a variety of bacteria,in order to improve the therapeutic effect.
