紫外线光疗仪治疗55例白癜风的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of ultraviolet phototherapy apparatus on 55 cases of vitiligo

目的:研究紫外线光疗仪治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:2018年7月-2019年5月收治白癜风稳定期患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组给予药物治疗;观察组应用紫外线光疗仪治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及患者满意度均高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用紫外线光疗仪治疗白癜风,能够在很大程度上改善患者皮肤状况,减少并发症的产生,避免皮损进一步发展。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of ultraviolet phototherapy apparatus in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:From July 2018 to May 2019,110 patients with vitiligo in stable period were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs and the observation group was treated with ultraviolet phototherapy apparatus.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of vitiligo by ultraviolet phototherapy apparatus can greatly improve the skin condition of patients and reduce the incidence of complications and it can further improve the skin damage.
