探讨腹腔镜手术在泌尿系肿瘤患者中的临床治疗效果

Exploration of the clinical therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of urologic neoplasms

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系肿瘤的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治泌尿系肿瘤患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规开放手术;观察组采用腹腔镜手术。比较两组手术成功率、各项手术指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:两组手术成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、VAS疼痛评分、住院时间及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,Kiyak评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系肿瘤,效果显著,手术成功率高,创伤小,患者术后恢复快,并发症发生率低。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of urologic neoplasms.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018,86 patients with urologic neoplasms were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional open surgery.The observation group received laparoscopic surgery.The success rate of surgery,the various of indicator levels of surgery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of surgery of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,time of getting out of bed,VAS pain score,hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the Kiyak score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of urologic neoplasms,the success rate of the surgery is high and the trauma is small,the patients recover quickly after surgery and the incidence of complications is low.
