胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia

目的:分析胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常的效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年6月收治快速心律失常患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组单独采用胺碘酮治疗;观察组采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后短阵室性心动过速发作次数及房室性期前收缩总次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血压及心率水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常,可改善患者血压及心率状况,减少心动过速的发生,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,90 patients with tachyarrhythmia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone alone.The observation group was treated with amiodarone and metoprolol.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of episodes of short array ventricular tachycardia and the total number of premature atrioventricular contraction in the observation group after treatment were less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate level of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia can improve the blood pressure and heart rate,reduce the incidence of tachycardia,have fewer adverse reactions,and high safety.
