补阳还五汤联合复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变临床研究

Clinical research on Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Furong Tongmai capsule in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with peripheral vascular disease

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床效果。方法:2016年3月-2018年12月收治糖尿病周围血管病变患者60例,按治疗方式不同分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗;研究组给予补阳还五汤联合复荣通脉胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后各项临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变,可显著改善患者临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Furong Tongmai capsule for diabetes mellitus with peripheral vascular disease.Methods:From March 2016 to December 2018,60 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral vascular disease were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional treatment.The study group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Furong Tongmai capsule.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The various of clinical symptoms integrals in the study group were all lower than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Furong Tongmai capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease,the curative effect is remarkable.
