痰热清注射液对支气管扩张患者FEV1、FVC及PEF水平的影响

Effect of Tanreqing injection on FEV1,FVC and PEF levels in patients with bronchiectasis

目的:探讨痰热清注射液对支气管扩张患者第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及呼气流量峰值(PEF)水平的影响。方法:2018年8月-2019年10月收治支气管扩张患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液。比较两组肺功能指标水平及炎症因子水平。结果:研究组治疗后FEV1、FVC及PEF水平均高于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液对支气管扩张临床症状改善显著,具有清热、镇咳、化痰功效,可增强肺功能,降低炎症因子。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injection on forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:From August 2018 to October 2019,72 patients with bronchiectasis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The study group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of routine treatment.The levels of pulmonary function indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell(WBC)indicators were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection has obvious function on improving clinical symptoms of bronchiectasis,and has the functions of clearing heat,relieving cough and reducing phlegm,which can enhance lung function and reduce inflammatory factors.
