高流量湿化氧疗系统应用于PICU呼吸系统疾病患儿中的意义分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高流量湿化氧疗系统应用于PICU呼吸系统疾病患儿中的意义。方法:2016年3月-2018年3月收治PICU呼吸系统性疾病患儿84例,分为两组。对照组给予普通氧气湿化装置治疗;观察组给予高流量湿化氧疗。比较两组患儿氧疗24 h痰液黏度及血气指标水平变化。结果:对照组氧疗24 h后痰液黏度显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组氧疗24 h动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平显著高于对照组,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平、呼吸频率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高流量湿化氧疗系统运用于PICU呼吸系统疾病患儿中,可有效减轻患儿痰液黏度,同时提高氧疗效果。 Objective:To explore the significance of high flow moist oxygen therapy system in c hildren with respiratory diseases in PICU.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2018,84 children with respiratory diseases were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with ordinary oxygen humidification device.The observation group was treated with high flow humidification oxygen therapy.The changes of sputum viscosity and blood gas indexes after oxygen therapy for 24 hours were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment with oxygen 24 h,the sputum viscosity of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 24 hours of oxygen therapy,the PaO2 and SpO2 level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the PaCO2 level and respiratory rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high flow moist oxygen therapy system in children with respiratory diseases in PICU can effectively reduce the sputum viscosity and improve the effect of oxygen therapy.
