超声造影在肝脏转移性神经内分泌瘤的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨肝脏转移性神经内分泌肿瘤(MHNEN)的超声造影表现。方法:2015年7月-2018年8月收治MHNEN患者25名,按病理分期分为高-中分化组15例和低分化组10例。比较两组造影增强达峰时病灶表现、增强模式的差异。结果:病灶以多发低回声(9例)及混合型回声(8例)为主,大部分病灶边界清楚(15例),大部分瘤体内富血供(20例)。造影动脉期所有目标病灶均为高增强,高-中分化组造影达峰时病灶均匀强化比例高于低分化组,“快进快出”模式比例明显高于低分化组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声造影在MHNEN诊断中具有一定特征,可能为MHNEN病理分期提供参考。 Objective:To investigate the contrast-enhanced ultrasonography findings of hepatic metastatic neuroendocrine tumor(MHNEN).Methods:From July 2015 to August 2018,25 patients with MHNEN were selected and divided into high-medium differentiation group(15 cases)and low differentiation group(10 cases)according to pathological stage.We compared the lesions at the peak of contrast enhancement and differences in enhancement modes between the two groups.Results:The lesions were mainly multiple hypoechoic(9 cases)and mixed echo(8 cases),most lesions had clear boundary(15 cases),most tumors were rich in blood supply(20 cases).In arteriographic phase,all the target lesions were hyperenhanced,in the high-medium differentiation group,the proportion of homogeneous enhancement was higher than that of low differentiated group at the peak of contrast enhancement,the proportion of"fast in and fast out"mode was significantly higher than that in low differentiated group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Contrast enhanced ultrasound has certain characteristics in the diagnosis of MHNEN,which may provide a reference for the pathological staging of MHNEN.
