探讨老年患者无痛胃肠镜术麻醉护理的体会

Discussion on the nursing experience of elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy anesthesia

目的:探讨老年患者无痛胃肠镜术麻醉护理的体会。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治进行无痛胃肠镜术的老年患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予优质护理。比较两组操作时间、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组操作时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取优质护理于老年无痛胃肠镜术中可显著提高麻醉护士与患者的默契配合度,降低患者麻醉药物不良反应率,有利于促进胃肠镜操作的顺利开展,缩短操作时间,有效提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the nursing experience of elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy anesthesia.Methods:160 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given high quality nursing.The operation time,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was less than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of high-quality nursing and painless gastroenteroscopy in the elderly can significantly improve the tacit understanding between anesthetic nurses and patients,reduce the rate of adverse reactions to anesthetic drugs,promote the smooth development of gastroenteroscopy operation,shorten the operation time,and effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
