自主导向学习法与传统教学法对临床护理带教效果的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价自主导向学习法与传统教学法用于临床护理带教的效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年6月本院护理实习生75名,随机分为两组。观察组应用自主导向学习法实施护理带教;对照组应用传统教学法实施护理带教。比较两组带教效果。结果:观察组带教后6周及带教结束后临床护理基本知识成绩、护理操作技能成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自主导向学习法在临床护理带教中的应用,能够获得优于传统教学法的带教效果,具有推广应用价值。 Objective:To explore the effect of self-directed learning and traditional teaching on clinical nursing teaching.Methods:From September 2018 to June 2019,75 nursing interns were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group adopted the self-directed learning method to carry out nursing teaching.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method to carry out nursing teaching..We compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,at 6 weeks after teaching and after teaching,the scores of basic knowledge and operation skills of clinical nursing were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-directed learning method in clinical nursing teaching can achieve better teaching effect than the traditional teaching method,and it has the value of popularization and application.
