耳穴压豆联合围手术期心理护理干预对扁桃体切除术后护理质量及疼痛情况的效果观察

Effect of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the quality of nursing and pain condition after tonsillectomy

目的:探究耳穴压豆联合围手术期心理护理干预对扁桃体切除术后护理质量及疼痛情况的影响。方法:2018年8月-2020年2月收治行扁桃体切除术患者128例,随机分为两组,各64例。对照组给予心理护理干预;观察组在心理护理基础上给予耳穴压豆干预。比较两组焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、疼痛(VSA)评分及患者满意度。结果:观察组护理后SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合围手术期心理护理干预,可有效改善扁桃体切除术后患者疼痛情况及负性情绪,提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the quality of nursing and pain condition after tonsillectomy.Methods:From August 2018 to February 2020,128 patients who received tonsillectomy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 64 patients in each group.The control group was given psychological nursing intervention.The observation group was given ear acupoint bean pressing intervention on the basis of psychological nursing intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,visual analogue scale(VSA)score for pain and patient's satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,SAS,SDS and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient's satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupoint bean pressing combined with perioperative psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients'pain and negative emotions after tonsillectomy and it can improve the quality of nursing care.
