抚触护理技巧在新生儿护理中的应用效果分析

目的:分析新生儿护理中应用抚触护理技巧的效果。方法:选取新生儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予基础性护理;观察组在基础护理基础上给予抚触护理。比较两组新生儿体格及智力发育情况。结果:观察组护理6个月后身长、体重、头围等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理6个月后认知能力、语言能力及精细动作评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿护理过程中,灵活应用抚触护理干预,有利于促进新生儿生长发育,强化机体免疫力。

Objective:To analyze the effect of applying touch nursing skill in nursing of neonatal.Methods:100 neonates were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing.The observation group was given touch nursing on the basis of basic nursing.The physical development and intellectual development of neonates in the two groups were compared.Results:After 6 months of nursing,the length of body,the weight of body and the circumference of head of these neonates in the observation group were all better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive ability,language ability and fine movement of these neonates in the observation group were better than the control group after 6 months of nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of neonatal nursing,the flexible application of touch nursing intervention is beneficial to promote the growth and development of newborns and it can strengthen their body immunity.
